As I stated before, Jimmie Thompson is a great realtor and I am glad he works for myself and my family. Over the past 12 months, I have referred over $1 Million Dollars worth of transactions to Jimmie and he handled them all professionally and we are all grateful. The one that I am most surprised and grateful for is the selling of our investment home in Gilbert. Three months prior to listing with Jimmie I had it in escrow for 20% less than what we sold it for. To Whom It May Concern: In today's marketplace it is imperative that you find a realtor who understands market value. We spoke to other realtors before choosing to work with Jimmie as our listing broker for our home in North Phoenix. We mistakenly undervalued the property. Jimmie understood that our home did not truly reflect the current neighborhood Comps. We were surprised when he priced it $11,000 higher than we expected. We were even more surprised that within one (1) day of listing the property, we had eight (8) visitors and two (2) offers at that higher price!

Prior to listing, Jimmie continually updated us on homes available for purchase in the area we specified. After touring multiple markets, we realized what we truly desired was to upgrade the Square Footage of our home and stay in our current neighborhood. As is easy to see based on our experience in selling, the neighborhood was very "hot" at that time and we worried about finding the right home in which to live. Because of Jimmie's unmatchable market knowledge, we found the perfect home. Though it was not listed or in MLS, Jimmie knew what we wanted and located it directly. As a result of this foresight, we did not have to get into a "bidding-war" and we paid a fair market value.

We are sure glad we didn't go with an agent who didn't bother to take the time to read the market. Those realtors would instead have rushed to sell our home at what was actually a below market price and ultimately pushed us into a bidding war for our next purchase with the result of losing money from our initial investment and paying more than we needed for our next home.
